Georgina has been facilitating learning teams both proactively and post event for over ten years, A skilled facilitator, Georgina is able to create a space where workers feel psychologically safe to share their experiences, perspectives, thoughts and insights.
What's involved in facilitating a Learning Team?
Logistics of a Learning Team
To effectively facilitate a learning team the following is needed:

Time with your workers (at least two(2) hours). The more time to learn the better.

Five (5) to Seven (7) workers who do the task or activity etc. you would like to learn about or post event - all of the workers involved in the event plus others who do the same tasks, work or activity. *Note - Supervisors, Managers etc are not permitted. A seperate session can be held for leaders to attend.

A room (not a Supervisor's/ Manager's office), that can accomodate 5 - 7 people with chairs and desks.

A large whiteboard with whiteboard markers or alternatively butchers paper

Catering - depending on the length of the session, food is always recommended as an inclusion.
NOTE - Learning Teams held post event should be held as soon as possible after the event e.g. immediately after (e.g the next day or two).
